• Video Proof Requirement: For a return to be accepted, customers must record a clear unboxing video starting from the unopened package. The video must begin before the outer tape or seal is removed and continue until the product is fully unboxed. This ensures transparency and helps prevent disputes.
• Return Window: Return requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
• Return Charges: A flat ₹70 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund for each return request.
• Product Condition: Items will only be eligible for return if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if:
  • The safety film, seal, or protective covering has been removed.
  • The product shows signs of damage, tampering, or use.
• Approval Process: Once your return request and unboxing video are reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for sending the product back. Refunds/exchanges will be processed only after inspection of the returned product.

• Approved refunds will be credited to the Original payment method within 5-7 business days.
